Enforce strong passwords

In order to have an account on our platform, users have to provide a strong password, with a minimum of 8 characters.

Security Logs

Every sensitive action made by the user will be logged on our platform, and will be visible under Profile Security section.

Brute Force

If we detect a brute force action against your account, we will take necessary measures to ensure your account protection, with a temporary lock.

Rate Limiter

Each ecosystem component have in place a specific rate limiter, to ensure smooth experience for all our users.

SSL Certificate

All our domains/subdomains use HTTPS connection as standard, to ensure data protection.

Active

Login Notification

Every time you try to access your account from previously authorized devices, a email notification will be send to your email account address, including possibility to lock your account.

Device Authorization

Every time you try to access your account from a new device, a email confirmation will be send to your email account address, in order to confirm this action.

Two-Factor Authentication

This is a recommended security measure for all our users, and make use of Google Authenticator mobile app, available on Google Play and Apple App Store. After you complete the setup, your withdrawal orders and login actions will require your unique temporary code from Google Authenticator.

Withdraw password

If this security measure will be enable by the user, before creating any withdrawal order, your account password will be required, to make sure you are the user doing this action.

Anti-Phishing code

When you set the Anti-Phishing Code, on every email received from our platform, we will include your Anti-Phishing Code on a visible section, to protect your account from phishing attempts and ensure that your notification emails are from our platform only.
